Admission Process For Class IX Academic Session 2023-2024
SCHEDULE FOR PROVISIONAL ADMISSION (External Candidates)
CLASS : IX (2023 – 2024)
A few seats are available in Science, Commerce and Humanities stream in Class XI (2022–2023) under General/EWS/Disadvantaged category as per norms. Grant of admission under EWS/DG category is subject to verification of documents and eligibly criteria.
1. Registration Date : Saturday, 23 July 2022 to Friday, 29 July 2022
2. Offline Registration for EWS/DG category : Saturday, 23 July 2022 to Friday, 29 July (collection and submission of forms) 2022 between 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on all working days.
3. Eligibility for Registration :–
(a) Medical Stream : 80% in ESM and above in each subject i.e. English, Science, Standard Mathematics / Basic Mathematics
(b) Non–Medical Stream : 80% in ESM and above in each subject i.e. English, Science, Standard Mathematics.
(c) Commerce Stream : 75% and above in aggregate (in 5 main subjects) (70% and above in Standard Mathematics / Basic Mathematics, if opted for)
(d) Humanities Stream : 65% and above in aggregate (in 5 main subjects) and 70% and above in Standard Mathematics / Basic Mathematics, if opted for.
Please Note :
1) The above mentioned percentage for the respective streams will be calculated on the basis of CBSE Board result. Please upload the mark sheet as available in the CBSE DigiLocker or on the CBSE website.
2) Non–refundable Registration Fee (Not applicable for candidates applying under EWS / Disadvantaged Category):
a) Arrange Bank Draft of Rs. 25/– drawn in favour school.
b) Mention the details of Draft/Pay Order in the Registration Form.
c) Quote the Registration No. on the reverse side of the Bank Draft
• After completing the Registration form, click on the ‘SUBMIT FORM’ button for final registration. A Registration Number will be generated. Take a print out as a proof and quote this Registration Number for all further correspondence with the school.
• A Copy of the registration form will be sent to the Email Id entered for ‘correspondence’ in the registration form. Take a print out as a proof and quote this Registration Number for all further correspondence with the school. An SMS will also be sent to the number mentioned for ‘communication purpose’ in the registration form.
