The effort is to ensure a teaching learning situation which is both a joy and a learning experience. Thus the emphasis is on the quality of teachers. The effort by each teacher is to develop a one to one relationship of trust with each child so that they can fulfill the role of both an authority figure and a friend and the child can ask for their help anytime. The teacher genuine interest in the children and profundity of character is essential.
