“Education is simply the soul of a society as it passes from one generation to another Late Dr Sahib Singh Verma deeply understood the role of education in society and felt that education is the means to answer to all questions. His vision for the children of this generation led to the birth of R.L.M. in 1982. He of the person of progressive thinking who appropriated the need for quality of education for the all round development of the child who is the future of tomorrow his vision was to provide qualitative education to all the children

शिक्षा साधारणत: समाज की आत्मा होती है क्योंकि यह एक पीढ़ी से दूसरी पीढ़ी को प्रशस्त की जाती है। स्वर्गीय डॉ० साहिब सिंह वर्मा बखूबी समझते थे कि शिक्षा का अर्थ ही सभी प्रश्नों का हल होता है। वर्मा जी का सपना था कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के बच्चे भी विश्व स्तर की शिक्षा प्राप्त करें, और उनकी इसी सोच ने इन पीढ़ियों के बच्चों के लिए राजेन्द्र लाकड़ा मॉडल सी० सै0 विद्यालय सन् 1982 में स्थापित किया। वे एक विकासात्मक सोच वाले व्यक्ति थे जो बच्चे कल का भविष्य हैं. वे इनके चहुँमुखी विकास के लिए गुणात्मक शिक्षा की आवश्यकता पर बल देते थे। उनकी सोच थी कि सभी बच्चों को गुणात्मक शिक्षा प्रदान करना।
